A little composition featuring the fabulous clay beads of M. L. Tompkins (Fete of Clay). A very sweet, sentimental piece that expresses how fortunate we are to be watched over so lovingly by the kitties who have domesticated us. And of course I could never hold a theology which insists that animals have no souls. When I was little my Dad gave me the sweet book referenced below, All Cats Go To Heaven. I rather think M. L. Tompkins agrees.

A note about the crazy lace agate: The vendor assured me that the stones were "natural." I searched Zenz' Agates and was unable to find anything close to this color so I began to suspect the stones were dyed somehow. Oh ye of little faith! Now I've run across some Coyomito agate rough with these very same purples. It also exhibits lacy patterns, so I think that's what this purple stone must be.
