This marvelous agate has drusy crystals forming the mountain top. It is an extraordinary scene, with leafy branches in the foreground. The cloud arch is cuttlebone cast in 14k gold, with three tiny diamonds set in prong settings for stars (to the left of the moonstone, really impossible to see against the bright gold in this photo), and of course the moonstone. The necklace is needlewoven, with lots of different pearls, mother of pearl, more moonstones, yellow jasper, ... whatever elements picked up the rich colors of the agate. The extensions are added to both sides of this necklace so the clasp remains centered no matter what length is chosen. The necklace is signed and dated. |
