This necklace proves I'll make jewelry out of anything! I just loved the mahogany color of the old bone. Sadly what I purchased as a "fossil" wasn't really completely fossilized, and the jaw bone is disintegrating so it is not for sale. The wrap at the upper end did not appear originally, but the piece started to crumble and was repaired. So now it sits in a little display case, wearable with care and still beautiful to my eye. |
