Heather makes the most wonderful hollow-formed glass vessels! They are always colorful and cheerful. This is a tiny one which I sawed in half (while holding my breath!) and set in silver. I made a gigantic French beaded carnation for it, and some beaded fringes. French beaded flowers are made on fine wire, and they can be adjusted to suit the wearer. Inside, where you can't see it, there is a silver loop which serves as the attachment point for the beadwork. |
