The little bear's whole environment is constructed of seed beads (mostly vintage), from the tree in the background to the stream he wades in. It takes an absurdly long time to make a piece like this. I do hope you like it! Note that pipestone is sacred to many Native American people. Like any fetish, this bear should be fed. He's used to blue cornmeal, and I'll include his dish and some food when I send him to you. |
